Rainy's Evazote Foam has no competitor in terms of foam for streamer heads. It is tougher and perfectly buoyant. We use it on a bunch our patterns including the Bandit, Wild Thing, Strippers Delight, Stripper Glitter, Frog Wyld, and the Glitter Bandit.
